Less than 24hr cancellation notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No show will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Your card will not be charged if you cancel at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. There will be a 10 min grace period. If you arrive past the 10 minute grace period and I am not able to service you, that will be counted as a late cancellation and will be charged 50% of the service.
